Pistol Tactics for Real Estate Agents is a course designed specifically for Real Estate agents. Students learn how to stop threats effectively and safely in a controlled environment. This course helps agents to be prepared for threats while in unfamiliar environments. All shooting scenarios will take place 3 feet and less from the targets.

In this course, we will cover the following:

 

• Firearms Safety

• Situational Awareness

• Body positioning and stances

• How to draw the firearm from a holster

  • If purses are to be used, we can accommodate this method

• Proper loading techniques

• Proper grip

• Sight Picture

  • Point and shoot method will also be taught

• Trigger Control and Breathing

• Understanding and clearing malfunctions while under stress

Equipment needed for the course

​

• Student should use their own pistols.

  • We can provide pistols and equipment if the student doesn’t own one.

• 150 rounds of FACTORY LOADED ammunitions. No reloads allowed.

  • 22LR ammo and pistols are allowed in this course ​

• Proper PPE

  • Hearing protection

    • Electronic preferred but not required

  • Eye protection

  • Long pants

  • Belt

  • Closed toe shoes                                                                                                               

• Ball caps or Boonie Caps

• Sun screen

• Bug spray

• Bottled water or Gatorade

  • A cooler with ice will be on the range for everyone to use.

• Snacks

• Folding or camping chairs are highly recommended.

• Gun Cleaning Kit

• Note pad and pen
